As a participant in our affiliate program, you agree to the terms detailed below:

Who is eligible?
All types of web sites can become MB's Treasurista affiliates - large or small, craft related, business or personal. This program is especially ideal for craft interest sites, professional crafters, organizations, fundraisers, non-profits, blogs and more. Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Registration. To use (or continue to use) the MB's Treasurista Affiliate Program, You must provide MB's Treasurista with truthful, accurate and complete registration information. If any such information changes, You must immediately update Your registration information. 
  • Verification. MB's Treasurista has the right to confirm or otherwise verify or check, in its sole determination, the truth and accuracy of any registration information.
  • Voluntary Participation. Your participation is purely voluntarily and You may terminate Your participation at any time. 
  • Not a Supplier, etc. You are not and shall not, at any time, be deemed to be a vendor, supplier or provider of goods and services to MB's Treasurista.

 

​Use of Referral Links

  • You may post referral links on Your web site or through other acceptable means in compliance with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to You and Your business.
  • You shall not place Referral Links or Marketing Support Material in newsgroups, message boards, unsolicited email and other types of spam, banner networks, counters, chat rooms, guest books, Internet relay chat channels or through similar Internet resources.
  • You shall not place Referral Links in any manner which may (intentionally or unintentionally) mislead any Customer
  • You shall not cause any use of a Referral Link, or any subsequent Referral Sales, to be made in bad faith or through fraudulent means, including, but not limited to, using any device, program, robot, inline frames, hidden frames, or redirects.
  • You shall only be entitled to Payout's that are a direct result of a Customer completing a Referral Sale directly through the use of Your Referral Link.
  • MB's Treasurista may impose time limits in which a Referral Sale must be completed after the Customer has used Your Referral Link.
  • Fraud is a serious offense, and will be treated as such. Any attempted fraud or fraud will result in membership termination and void commissions.
  • You cannot refer yourself and receive commissions.
  • We will not be liable for paying referral fees on purchases that are not correctly tracked and reported because the links between You and mbtreasurista.com are not properly formatted.
  • We will not be liable for paying referral fees on purchases that are not correctly tracked and reported due to errors or preventive measures (including but not limited to, Security Software, Anti-Virus Software, Web Browser security settings, Web Browser errors) on the Customer's computer.

 

Commission Fees
MB's Treasurista affiliates earn a standard commission rate of 3% for all sales. We reserve the right to reverse commissions due to returns, order cancellations and erroneous order duplications. We also reserve the right to defer or refuse commissions for disputed orders or orders we reject and cannot fulfill. We reserve the right to change the rate at any time without notice.

Legal Compliance

  • MB's Treasurista reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates from our affiliate program at any time, without warning. Upon termination you agree to discontinue use of all links, logos, banners and promotional materials provided to you by MB's Treasurista. 
  • No Poaching. You may not use any MB's Treasurista offerings in connection with aggregation, soliciting or recruiting Network Merchants, Network Affiliates, other Sites or other persons to form or join affiliate marketing, advertising or similar network.
  • No Sublicense, etc. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, sell, resell, outsource or service bureau any MB's Treasurista Offerings, and any attempt to do so shall be null and void.
  • No Reverse Engineering. You will not make unauthorized modifications, reverse engineer, disassemble, de compile or attempt to derive source code of any MB's Treasurista Offerings.
  • No Hacking, etc. You agree not to hack, abuse, adversely interfere with, infect with viruses, worms or other malicious or destructive code, or use or cause to be used in extraordinary and unreasonable or inappropriate ways or amounts, any MB's Treasurista Offerings, including any servers, bandwidth supply, equipment, software and other technological resources provided by MB's Treasurista.

 

Failure to abide by these rules could mean termination from the MB's Treasurista Affiliate Program, and a complete forfeit of all commissions. Affiliates terminated due to malicious publishing tactics will also have commissions revoked and face possible omission from the MB's Treasurista site.
