Where does MB's Treasurista Ship to? 

  • We ship to the United States. This includes the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, post office boxes and military bases. 
  • We also offer International Shipping 

 

International Customs, Duties and VAT (taxes)

International orders (shipped to countries outside of the United States) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are levied once a shipment reaches your country and must be payed by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs fees and policies are different from country to country and can change regularly. You should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required by your country, it can cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.

    • You make look up your countries vat rate and apply it to your order based on the total minus shipping charges.

What is the current order processing time? 

  • It usually takes about 1-3 business day from the time your order is received by our warehouse for the order to be processed, packed, and ready for shipping.

*NOTE: Overnight, 2-Day and 3-Day packages are given priority status and are packed and shipped first. If you are in a hurry, or need guaranteed delivery dates, please select one of our expedited methods. These orders will get shipped out on the same day if they are ordered before 12:00 noon CST and will ship the next business day guaranteed if they are placed after 12:00 noon CST. 

  • Our warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday, and occasionally on Saturday during busy times. 
  • Please be advised that this processing time will likely increase due to high volume when we are having a sale! We will do our best to update you as to what our current processing time is, in the event it were to go beyond the 3 days. 

 

What types of shipping class services do you offer?

  • We offer 2 delivery methods: Standard (First Class) and Priority Mail via USPS.
  • To estimate shipping, simply add items to your cart. Then enter the ship-to state and select a shipping method from the dropdown menu. The shipping charge for each available shipping option will be displayed in your cart. To estimate the delivery date, please add the Order Processing time and Shipping time outlined below.

 

What is the current shipping time?

When you place an order you can select one of the methods below:

  • Most orders are processed within 1-3 days. Priority orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00pm CST on a business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm CST will be processed on the following business day. 

*Please allow an additional day for orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 12:00pm CST.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days for the 48 contiguous states
  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days for AK, HI, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and U.S. Territories
  • Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days for the 48 contiguous states
  • International: 7-25 business days for all countries outside the United States

 

Due to security alerts, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances, the United States Postal Service (USPS) may not honor their guaranteed delievery dates under rare extenuating circumstances.

For your protection, we track US orders. In the unlikely event that an order is lost, misdirected, or damaged in transit, you can contact the USPS directly. You should also notify us immediately if you receive products damaged in shipping, and take a picture of the damaged delivery if possible. We will make sure you are taken care of. 

* PLEASE NOTE: Because the United States Postal Service does not offer tracking or delivery confirmation services for international deliveries, we cannot not be responsible for lost or delayed packages. If you are an international customer and your package has not arrived within 45 days.

 

Can my order be tracked?

  • Packages can be tracked once shiped online at: http://www.usps.com. Confirmation numbers are sent by Paypal for all US orders. International customers may purchase tracking, seperate invoice will be sent through paypal. If you can not find your tracking number please contact us at customerservice@mbtreasurista.com.

 

What does "Business Day" refer to for shipping delivery time estimates?

  • We do not ship on sundays or holidays. So, when estimating your order's arrival date, please do not include weekends and holidays.

 

Can I send items to multiple addresses with the same order?

  • Not at this time. To ship items to different addresses, please enter separate orders for each address.

 

Can you send items to a different address than the bill to address?

  • Yes. Make sure at checkout to change ship to address. For best service and ease please make sure your paypal address is up to date.

 

What do I do if I need to return something? 

  • If you are unhappy with any product you receive, you may return it, undamaged and unopened, within 30 days of the date we shipped it and we will refund your purchase price. We encourage our customers to inspect the contents of their package(s) as soon as their order is delivered to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our 30-day refund policy. 

  • To qualify for the refund, product(s) must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of the original shipment and in the same condition we shipped it - unopened, unused, and undamaged. Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged in transit will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If you believe there will be a problem with the product reaching us within the 30-day period, contact our customer service department to make special arrangements. 

  • Please be sure to include a copy of your packing slip. Customer is responsible for all return freight. No collect return shipments will be accepted. We recommend the use of a carrier that can provide insurance and tracking information for all returns.

*Opened packages are not returnable. Original packaging and any original seals must be completely intact. Software (i.e. Cricut Cartridges), electronics and machines (i.e. die-cutting machines) are only returnable if unopened. Any issues pertaining to damaged or non-functioning machines, electronics or software should be directed to the manufacturer. Information for manufacturer contacts can generally be found on the box or inside the instruction manual.

*Please note that once an order is shipped we are not responsible for anything that may happen when in route. If items are damaged due to insufficiant packing we will refund or replace. Packages/items that are damaged/lossed or stolen due to USPS or anyone else not associated with MB's Treasurista are the customers sole responsibility.  

 

What happens if I refuse my delivery from the post office?

  • Orders that are refused upon delivery will be subject to shipping fees plus a 15% restocking fee. (Deducted from return amount)

 

Do you offer Free Shipping? 

  • Yes we do! Free shipping on all orders over $50 before shipping for all US Residents and Military APO
  • At this time we cannot offer free shipping to International Buyers.

 

What happens if not all of my order has shipped to me?

  • Our goal is to have accurate and up to the minute inventory counts prior to placing your order, so that you will receive exactly what you ordered. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we are occasionally unable to ship the quantity ordered. If an item is out of stock at the time the order is fulfilled, we will contact you for further action. 
  • We do backorder items not shipped. If you have any further questions as to when an item will be back in stock, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@mbtreasurista.com (M-F, 9am-9pm CST). 

 

Pre-Orders

  • All pre-order purchases are a reservation, not a guarantee.  Please note that if a manufacturer does not send us enough product to fill our entire order, we will ship the product to the earliest pre-orders first. If we do not have enough to fill your order, we will cancel and refund the pre-ordered item.

Backorders (Mostly applies to custom/special orders) 

  • If an item you ordered is out of stock for whatever reason, we will contact you for further action. If your order contains backorder items, please understand that your order will not ship until all items are in-stock.  If you would prefer to have your items shipped separately please contact us and we will be happy to do so (you will pay shipping for both orders via paypal).  We will always contact you to let you know that your order contains a backordered product and that there may be a delay in shipping.
